The Chairos apartment pool comprises more than 1,000 apartments which we have in recent years acquired, rented and managed on behalf of our clients for their employees at more than 30 locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

We acquire the apartments that we offer to our clients directly from property managements, landlords and real estate agents specializing in the “furnished residence” sector.
